Douglas Osborn is the co-founder and President of Biblical Integration Resources. He has served the Christian school community in a variety of roles over the past twelve years as an elementary school principal, secondary school vice-principal, a primary teacher, a middle school teacher, and as a secondary school teacher. He has written numerous articles on biblical integration, and is often asked to speak on a variety of topics including biblical integration, current educational research and best practices, and Christian school philosophy and ministry. He is currently completing his dissertation research on “Oral Reading Fluency Development in Second Grade Students.” He holds a bachelor degree in Theology, a bachelor degree in Religious Education, as well as a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. He anticipates graduating from Liberty University with his Doctor of Education degree in the spring of 2007. Doug and his wife Kim live near Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They have four children: Abby, Erin, Calvin, and Andrew.

Mark Eckel is the co-founder of Biblical Integration Resources. Mark is an educational consultant. Previously he served the Christian School community as the Associate Professor for Educational Ministries at Moody Bible Institute (Chicago), Director of Faith and Learning at Heritage Christian School (Indianapolis), and in various classroom teaching ministries. Mark is a featured speaker on worldview, culture, apologetics, education, curriculum development, and Christian school philosophy. The Association of Christian Schools International published a portion of Mark's original curriculum in 1997. Let God Be God is a semester course for Christian high schools. Timeless Truth: An Apologetic for the Reliability, Authenticity, and Authority of Scripture was released through ACSI in 2001. He has also written the following books which are available through Biblical Integration Resources: The Whole Truth: Classroom Strategies for Biblical Integration, Biblical Integration: Understanding the World Through The Word, and The Pagans Are Coming: Interaction with Non-Christian Materials in a Christian School. Mark is an ordained minister with a Th.M. in Old Testament, presently in Ph.D. studies at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark and his wife Robin live in Fishers, Indiana. They have two college age children Tyler and Chelsea.
